Edible Crumb: Gotham Bar & Grill

I must give the Gotham Bar & Grill on 12 E. 12th St. some congrats on their 25th anniversary and a big recommend to all reading this. I had the pleasure of dining there this past September and wow did it have my taste buds hankering for more. I recommend the NY grilled steak with marrow mustard custard, vidalia onion rings and bordelaise sauce. One for the foodies. I'm a big fan of food and love to celebrate the edible. For those of you who share my zeal for the meal I would like to point you towards a wonderful grassroots publication available in cities all over the nation, Edible (insert city name here).
